Temperature: Winter is very cold (Average between 0 and -5 degrees celcius), summer can get very hot and humid (between 25-30 degrees Celsius) and spring, in my opinion is a perfect medium with light winds and temperatures of 18 degrees Celsius.

Best Mode of Transport: The subway is an easy and inexpensive way to travel around NYC. Cabs are expensive but fun to ride in once for the 'yellow cab' experience.

Top Tips: Cross body bags are your best friend in a big city like this, and make sure you have a good pair of trainers for your trip, there will be a lot of walking!
